Eco & Ivory offers wedding planning services, including but not limited to:

  • Wedding day management

The specific services You receive will be outlined in Your signed agreement with Us.

3.2 Booking and Payment

  • A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to confirm Your booking.

  • The payment schedule and due dates will be outlined in Your contract.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made by the Client after a certain period may be subject to additional fees, as outlined in the service agreement.

  • If We must cancel Your service due to unforeseen circumstances, We will provide a refund for any unused portion of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful event, You agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details and timely communication.

  • Adhere to deadlines for payments and decisions.

  • Inform Us of any changes that may affect planning.

  • Respect the limitations and policies of third-party vendors.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, images, and materials created by Eco & Ivory remain Our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or use Our proprietary content without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services and Vendors

  • We may recommend vendors but are not responsible for their services, quality, or performance.

  • Any contracts with third-party vendors (photographers, florists, caterers, etc.) are directly between You and the vendor.

  • We are not liable for vendor failures, cancellations, or issues beyond Our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Our services.

  • Vendor performance issues, service failures, or accidents occurring at the event.

  • Delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the wedding.

Our total liability is limited to the total amount You have paid for Our services.

8. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

Our Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all Your expectations.
