This service is perfect for busy professionals who want their wedding to be beautiful and eco-conscious but don’t have the time or energy to put into planning and want to hire a professional to help bring their vision to life.
Partial Planning
You’ve done some of the planning. Perhaps you’ve booked your venue or a couple vendors. Now you need help with the rest. Whether you need guidance with the design process or sourcing some key vendors, I’ll work with you to come up with a custom package to meet your needs. Plus, I’ll handle the coordination of the logistics leading up to the wedding day and take care of managing the wedding day itself.
Eco-Friendly Wedding Management
If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator (AKA “day of coordination” or “month of coordination”), I promise you that what you really want is wedding management. Designed to bring you peace of mind, this service involves me stepping in a few months before your wedding date to handle the logistics, tie up any loose ends, and create a timeline that allows you to spend time with family and friends on the wedding day. It also includes full wedding day management to ensure your day runs smoothly.
Plus, I do it all with an eco-conscious twist! I work with you and your vendors to figure out where we can make simple tweaks to increase the sustainability of your wedding.
INtimate Micro Weddings & Elopements
One way to make your wedding more sustainable is to cut down on resources and waste by simply hosting a smaller, more intimate event. Having an intimate wedding can also allow you to provide you and your guests with a more elevated experience.

Hi, I’m Angela. I’m certified in wedding and event planning and design, as well as green wedding planning. I bring my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling into every conversation and interaction I have with you and your vendors.
I don’t claim to be a miracle worker or know all the answers, but if I don’t know something, I will do my best to figure it out.

I’m smiley, calm, and somewhat laid back on the outside, yet I’m on top of things and always striving for perfection on the inside.
I do a lot of listening, aside from when I’m not asking you questions. I want you to feel heard and supported throughout the planning process.
And you won’t know this, but I will get so excited about your wedding details that I’ll be in bed at night thinking about which napkin will go best with your table setting or what embellishment would make your wedding extra special.

You will see this referred to as “wedding management” above, and yes, I do! Coordinating your wedding will involve me stepping in at least several weeks or months before your wedding day to provide the best service possible, and it includes 3 meetings/walk throughs, timeline creation, unlimited email communication within 4 months of the wedding, and much more. Please note that I limit the amount of wedding management packages I take on during peak season. Contact me today to learn more!

The initial consultation, or discovery call, is a complementary 20-minute call that helps us learn more about each other. It helps me understand what your overall vision is for your wedding. I’ll start off by asking you some questions and then open it up to you to ask me any questions you have. I’ll end the call by discussing the next steps in the process. Overall, a discovery call is a great chance for both of us to see if we would be a good fit before going through the process of booking.

I work with couples who tend to be busy with work, school, or life in general, whether they are living an eco-friendly lifestyle to the fullest or just dabbling in sustainability. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and work with all backgrounds, regardless of race, culture, gender identity, sexuality, religion, age, bodies, and abilities.

All packages include a commitment to sustainability, along with assistance with making your wedding eco-friendlier during every step of the way.
With my full-service planning package, there’s not much that I don’t do. It includes assistance with creating a budget, venue touring and booking, sourcing eco-friendly vendors (catering, entertainment, photography, hair and makeup, florals, rentals, etc.), designing the event, handling the logistics, creating a wedding timeline, finalizing the details, and managing the wedding on the day itself.
Wedding management will depend on when you hire me but can include checklists and reminders to keep you on track with important milestones, timeline creation, vendor coordination, the finalization of the details, and (of course) wedding day management.
