    This service is great for those who have done most of the up-front planning but need some help bringing it all together. Designed to bring you peace of mind, this service involves me stepping in 6 weeks or more before your event date to handle the logistics and tie up any loose ends. It also includes full event day management to ensure your event runs smoothly. While most (or all) vendors will be booked at this point, I work with them to figure out where we can make simple tweaks to increase the sustainability of your event.

Meet The Planner

Hi, I’m Angela. I’m certified in wedding and event planning and design, as well as green wedding planning. I also used to be a licensed mental health therapist in between working in the event industry and eventually circling back around to it.

I don’t claim to be a miracle worker or know all the answers, but if I don’t know something, I will do my best to figure it out.

When working with me, you’ll find:

  • I’m smiley, calm, and somewhat laid back on the outside, yet I’m on top of things and always striving for perfection on the inside.

  • I do a lot of listening, aside from when I’m not asking you questions. I want you to feel heard and supported throughout the planning process.

  • And you won’t know this, but I will get so excited about your event details that I’ll be in bed at night thinking about which napkin will go best with your table setting or how we can make your event a little greener.
