Event Management
This service is great for those who have done most of the up-front planning but need some help bringing it all together. Designed to bring you peace of mind, this service involves me stepping in 6 weeks or more before your event date to handle the logistics and tie up any loose ends. It also includes full event day management to ensure your event runs smoothly. While most (or all) vendors will be booked at this point, I work with them to figure out where we can make simple tweaks to increase the sustainability of your event.

Full-Service Event Planning + Design
With this complete event planning service, I help with everything from recommending eco-friendly vendors that fit your unique style/brand, vision, and budget to fully designing the event to handling the logistics leading up to the event and managing the event day itself. This service is right for you if you want all of the planning taken care of from beginning to end. Every element will be planned and designed in a way that is unique to you or your business while keeping the greater good in mind.

As we get closer to the event date, we’ll work with the vendors to coordinate the logistics and finalize all the details.

You will see this referred to as “event management” above, and yes, I do! Coordinating your event will involve me stepping in at least several weeks or months before the event to provide the best service possible, and it includes 3 meetings/walk throughs, timeline creation, unlimited email communication within 4 months of the event, and much more. Please note that I limit the amount of event management packages I take on during peak season. Contact me today to learn more!

My event management package for non-wedding events starts at $1,000. Corporate events may be charged based on percentage. Pricing depends on the scope of your event, location, time of year, and staffing needed. For budget-conscious individuals, I offer smaller kickstarter services. The initial consultation, or discovery call, is a complementary call that helps us learn more about each other. It helps me understand what your overall vision is for your event. I’ll start off by asking you some questions and then open it up to you to ask me any questions you have. I’ll end the call by discussing the next steps in the process. Overall, a discovery call is a great chance for both of us to see if we would be a good fit before going through the process of booking.

I work with individuals and businesses who tend to be busy with work, school, or life in general, whether they are living an eco-friendly lifestyle to the fullest or just dabbling in sustainability. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and work with all backgrounds, regardless of race, culture, gender identity, sexuality, religion, age, bodies, and abilities.

All packages include a commitment to sustainability, along with assistance with making your event eco-friendlier during every step of the way.
With my full-service planning package, there’s not much that I don’t do. It includes assistance with creating a budget, venue touring and booking, sourcing eco-friendly vendors (catering, entertainment, photography, florals, rentals, etc.), designing the event, handling the logistics, creating a day-of timeline, finalizing the details, and managing the event on the day itself.
Event management will depend on when you hire me but can include checklists and reminders to keep you on track with important planning milestones, timeline creation, vendor coordination, the finalization of the details, and (of course) event day management.
